The Paris Court of Appeal's criminal chamber has postponed the trial of TikToker known as 'Moulinex' and the mother of influencer Adam Benchekroun. The new hearing is scheduled for March 26, 2026.

The defendants, whose real names are Mohamed Henni (Moulinex) and Samira B., face serious charges including human trafficking, kidnapping, and sequestration. The allegations are linked to the management and exploitation of young social media influencers.

The investigation, led by the Central Office for the Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings (OCRTEH), centers on accusations that the defendants exercised control over several minors and young adults in the digital influence sector, allegedly subjecting them to demanding working conditions.

The case has drawn significant public attention in France, highlighting concerns about labor exploitation within the social media industry. The trial is now set to proceed next week following this procedural delay.
