Morocco's Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, received on June 26, 2026, the new Ambassadors of Nigeria and Madagascar, as well as the new Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Rabat.
The new Nigerian Ambassador, Ibrahim Sani Kura, presented the letters of credence to Bourita, marking the official start of his diplomatic mission in Morocco. Similarly, the new Ambassador of Madagascar, Lala Mialy Ravelonarivo, presented her credentials.
Additionally, Bourita received the new Representative of the UNHCR in Morocco, who presented his credentials. The meetings focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation and addressing regional issues of common interest.
