The Senate Leader and Chairman of the Ekiti State All Progressives Congress (APC) 2026 Governorship Campaign Council, Opeyemi Bamidele, has said that if performance is the yardstick, the party has nothing to fear in the upcoming election. He urged party faithful to woo non-partisan residents to secure victory.
Bamidele made the remarks during a campaign meeting in Ado-Ekiti on May 12, 2026, according to reports. He emphasized the APC's achievements under Governor Biodun Oyebanji, including infrastructure development and improved security.
