X3 Tradesmen, a staffing agency specializing in the skilled trades, has officially launched a national division. The expansion aims to provide electrician, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) staffing services across the United States.
The company, which has established a strong presence in the Midwest, is now scaling its operations to meet demand in all 50 states. This move addresses a persistent nationwide shortage of qualified tradespeople, a challenge highlighted by industry associations.
"Our goal is to connect top-tier talent with contractors who need reliable, skilled workers," said a company representative. The national division will leverage the firm's existing recruitment and vetting processes to supply temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire personnel.
The expansion comes as the construction and home services sectors continue to experience growth, increasing the competition for skilled labor. X3 Tradesmen's model focuses on filling critical gaps for commercial and residential contractors.
