The Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have renewed and expanded their strategic partnership to accelerate the development of high-potential talent in Africa. The collaboration, first established in 2021, focuses on executive education, research, and thought leadership.
A core initiative is the BCG-UM6P Leadership and Digital Transformation Program, which has already trained over 200 African executives and public sector leaders. The renewed agreement aims to significantly scale this program, integrating advanced modules in artificial intelligence, sustainability, and public policy.
"Our partnership with BCG is pivotal in equipping African leaders with the skills to navigate complex global challenges," said Hicham El Habti, President of UM6P. The programs are designed to be pan-African, with participants from across the continent.
The alliance also supports joint research projects on African economic development and facilitates student internships and recruitment opportunities at BCG, creating a direct pipeline from education to impactful careers.
