Two teenagers have been charged with the murder of a 21-year-old man in a park in Chelmsford, Essex Police said.
Officers were called to Central Park at about 19:00 BST on Friday, 12 June 2026, where they found Radwan Shakur with stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, both from Chelmsford, were arrested and later charged with murder. They appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court on Monday, 15 June, and were remanded into custody.
