Tucson police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead as a homicide, according to a department press release. The incident occurred on May 26, 2026, in the 300 block of West Prince Road.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 9:30 p.m. and found an adult male with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim's identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin. No suspects have been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or 88-CRIME. A reward may be available for tips leading to an arrest.
