Irish rock band The Script have announced their new album, The User's Guide to Being Human, will be released on Friday, August 14, 2026. The announcement was made via the band's official social media channels on May 22, 2026.
Frontman Danny O'Donoghue said, 'The title is what this album is about,' adding that the record explores themes of human experience and connection. This will be the band's first studio album since 2021's Sunsets & Full Moons.
The band also confirmed two Irish shows: a performance at the 3Arena in Dublin on October 30, 2026, and a date at the SSE Arena in Belfast on November 2, 2026. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale on May 29, 2026.
Further international tour dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. The Script have sold over 20 million albums worldwide and are known for hits like 'Hall of Fame' and 'Breakeven'.
