Surefire Resources (ASX:SRN) has announced high-grade vanadium results from its Victory Bore project in Western Australia, with assays returning up to 1.2% V2O5. The company is planning a 10,000-meter drilling program to expand the resource base, targeting a maiden resource estimate by late 2026.
The drilling program aims to test extensions of the known mineralization, which remains open along strike and at depth. Surefire has also identified new exploration targets through geophysical surveys, enhancing the project's potential.
Managing Director Paul Burton stated, 'These results confirm the high-grade nature of the Victory Bore deposit, and we are well-funded to execute our drilling plans.' The company had A$5.2 million in cash as of March 2026, sufficient for the planned activities.
