MWANZA, Tanzania — Professor Emmanuel Wabanhu has been appointed Deputy Vice-Chancellor of St Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). In his inaugural remarks, he pledged to strengthen academic excellence, promote high-level research, and embrace modern technology to transform the university.
