Rochester police continue to investigate a report of shots fired that occurred earlier this month, according to a department spokesperson. The incident was reported on April 3, 2026, in the area of North Clinton Avenue and Clifford Avenue.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 9:45 p.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire. Upon arrival, they found evidence of shots fired but no victims or property damage, police said.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at (585) 423-9300.
