The directive came during a government meeting focused on public safety, where Kim emphasized the need for thorough planning to prevent accidents given the expected large attendance. The concert, part of BTS's global tour, is scheduled to take place at Busan Asiad Main Stadium.
Kim specifically asked for coordination among police, fire departments, and local authorities to manage traffic, emergency response, and crowd flow. No specific date for the concert was provided in the statement.
