Morocco and Gabon have formalized a new partnership to boost cooperation in the fields of digital technology and artificial intelligence. The agreement was signed on April 9, 2026, in Rabat by Morocco's Minister of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, Ghita Mezzour, and Gabon's Minister of Digital Economy, Jean Pierre Doukaga Kassa.
