The Moroccan national football team, known as the Atlas Lions, played to a 0-0 draw against Ecuador in an international friendly on Friday, March 27, 2026. The match was held at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, Spain.

This was Morocco's first match since their participation in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). The game served as a preparatory fixture for both teams ahead of upcoming international competitions.

Neither side was able to break the deadlock during the 90 minutes of play. The Moroccan squad, under coach Walid Regragui, fielded a mix of experienced players and newer talents as part of their rebuilding process.
