The device is designed to tap into brain signals for applications in women's health, marking a new direction in femtech.
The UnaBand uses non-invasive sensors to monitor neural activity, aiming to provide insights into hormonal cycles, stress levels, and cognitive states. MindGalaxy claims the technology can help women track fertility windows and manage symptoms of conditions like PMS or menopause through real-time brainwave analysis.
According to the company, the device pairs with a mobile app that interprets the data and offers personalized recommendations. The launch event featured demonstrations of the band's ability to detect changes in brain patterns associated with different phases of the menstrual cycle.
MindGalaxy has not yet announced pricing or a release date for the UnaBand. The startup is part of Dreame's ecosystem, which focuses on smart home and health technology innovations.
