Megarama, the largest cinema chain in Morocco, has announced a fan zone initiative for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. From July 11 to 19, the chain will broadcast select matches on its big screens across multiple locations in the country.
The initiative aims to provide football fans with a communal viewing experience. Megarama operates multiplexes in cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, and Tangier.
The 2026 World Cup is being co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Morocco's national team qualified for the tournament after a strong performance in African qualifiers.
Megarama's fan zone will feature high-definition projections and sound systems. Ticket prices and specific match schedules have not yet been released.
