Mazowe Central legislator Dr Maxmore Njanji has publicly backed Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3), asserting that the proposed changes are necessary to strengthen governance and enable the Presidency to effectively drive Zimbabwe's development agenda.
Speaking in Parliament, Njanji argued that the amendment would streamline decision-making processes and enhance the executive's capacity to implement policies. He emphasized that the bill aligns with the country's long-term development goals.
