The survey, conducted from December 2025 to February 2026, evaluated 21 airlines on 13 criteria including reservation and ticketing, check-in, boarding, in-flight service, and baggage handling. Korean Air achieved an overall satisfaction score of 84.2 out of 100, placing it first among the 10 full-service carriers assessed.
Asiana Airlines Inc. followed closely with a score of 83.9. Among low-cost carriers, Jeju Air Co. led with a score of 82.5. The ministry stated that the results will be used to help airlines identify areas for service improvement and to provide better information to consumers.
