Intelcia, a Moroccan outsourcing company, has completed the acquisition of Altice's shares in their joint venture, according to a statement released on April 30, 2026. The deal, which was initially announced in early 2026, gives Intelcia full control of the entity that provides customer relationship management services.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of Intelcia's strategy to consolidate its position in the outsourcing market in Morocco and Africa.
Altice, a telecom and media group, had partnered with Intelcia in 2017 to create a shared services center. The exit allows Altice to focus on its core telecom operations.
Intelcia employs over 10,000 people across multiple countries and serves clients in various sectors including telecom, banking, and retail.
