On Saturday, April 25, 2026, on the sidelines of the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM 2026) in Meknès, the National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA) organized a panel to share its research findings with agricultural cooperatives. The session focused on the valorization of agricultural products and strengthening the capacities of cooperatives.
According to a press release from INRA, the event aimed to facilitate the transfer of scientific knowledge to the field, helping cooperatives improve product quality and market access. Researchers presented studies on post-harvest technologies, processing techniques, and quality certification.

SIAM 2026, held from April 21 to 26, 2026, under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, brought together over 1,000 exhibitors from 70 countries. The event's theme was 'Agriculture and Climate: Towards Sustainable and Resilient Systems.'
