The House of Representatives on Wednesday completed its plenary deliberations on the proposed P10.16-billion budget of the Office of the President (OP) for 2027, along with the budgets of two attached agencies, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and the Presidential Management Staff (PMS).
The deliberations were part of the chamber's broader review of the proposed national budget for the coming fiscal year. The OP budget covers the operations of the Office of the President and its attached agencies.
The House is expected to continue deliberations on other agencies' proposed budgets in the coming days before finalizing the 2027 national budget.
