A group has called on the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji, to prioritize the development of Osogbo and address boundary issues during a stakeholders' meeting. The stakeholders' meeting, scheduled for July 2026, aims to bring together traditional rulers, government officials, and community leaders to discuss key issues affecting Osogbo. The group highlighted that resolving boundary conflicts is crucial for peace and economic growth in the region.
Oba Oyetunji has not yet publicly responded to the call, but sources indicate that the meeting will focus on infrastructure, education, and healthcare improvements, alongside boundary discussions.
