Gordon Roy McNaughton (born 1947) is a former Canadian politician and businessman. He served as a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1981 to 1985, representing the riding of Huron—Bruce.
McNaughton was first elected in the 1981 Ontario general election, defeating incumbent New Democrat Murray Gaunt. During his time in office, he focused on agricultural issues, reflecting the rural nature of his constituency. He did not seek re-election in 1985.
Prior to his political career, McNaughton was involved in the family business, McNaughton Brothers Ltd., a farm equipment dealership. After leaving politics, he returned to the private sector. As of 2026, he remains a respected figure in his community.
