Technopark, Morocco's leading technology hub, and French Tech Casablanca have formalized a strategic partnership in the lead-up to GITEX Africa 2026, one of the continent's most prominent technology exhibitions. The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between Moroccan and French-affiliated tech ecosystems and boost visibility for startups operating in Morocco.
GITEX Africa is held annually in Marrakech and serves as a major platform for innovation, investment, and networking across the African continent. The 2026 edition is expected to draw thousands of participants including startups, investors, and technology companies from across Africa, Europe, and beyond.
Technopark operates multiple campuses across Morocco, including in Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier, and supports hundreds of tech startups and SMEs. French Tech Casablanca is part of the global La French Tech network, which promotes French and Francophone entrepreneurship internationally.
The partnership is expected to facilitate joint programming, shared exhibition space, and coordinated outreach to help member companies maximize their presence at GITEX Africa 2026. Both organizations have expressed commitment to fostering a dynamic and internationally connected tech ecosystem in Morocco.
