Epson has introduced the WorkForce DS-530III, a new document scanner designed for modern office workflows. The device offers improved speed and intelligence compared to its predecessor, the DS-530II.
Key features include a scan speed of up to 35 pages per minute (ppm) for simplex and 70 images per minute (ipm) for duplex, with a 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF). It supports USB 3.0 connectivity for faster data transfer.
The scanner integrates with Epson's Document Capture Pro software, enabling automated workflows such as direct scanning to cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft SharePoint. It also includes advanced image processing for enhanced text recognition.
