This summer, downtown will feature new pickleball courts, free concerts, and family-friendly activities, according to city officials. The events are scheduled to begin in June 2026 and run through August.
The new pickleball courts will be installed at the central plaza, with four courts available for public use. Free concerts will take place every Friday evening at the amphitheater, featuring local bands and artists.
Additional activities include a weekly farmers market on Saturdays and a children's play area with interactive games. The city aims to boost local tourism and community engagement through these initiatives.
