Hollywood actor Chris Pratt and author Katherine Schwarzenegger have taken their Los Angeles mansion off the market after it failed to sell. The property, located in the Brentwood neighborhood, was listed for $46 million in late 2025.
The couple purchased the home in 2023 for $12.5 million and subsequently undertook extensive renovations. The estate spans approximately 1.5 acres and features a main house, a guest house, a pool, and a tennis court.
Real estate sources indicate the property was on the market for several months but did not attract a buyer at the asking price. The decision to withdraw the listing is common in high-end markets when initial pricing does not align with buyer interest.
Representatives for Pratt and Schwarzenegger have not commented publicly on the withdrawal. The couple, who married in 2019, maintain other properties, including a home in the Pacific Palisades area.
