BMW Malaysia has officially launched the hardcore BMW M2 CS, priced at RM993,100 on-the-road without insurance, inclusive of an extended warranty package. The launch took place alongside the BMW M3 Touring Competition.
The M2 CS is powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-six engine producing 450 hp and 550 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, with a top speed of 280 km/h.
Key features include carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) components, adaptive M suspension, and M compound brakes. The extended warranty package covers up to 5 years or 100,000 km.
