At least five people were killed in a road accident in Faridpur, Bangladesh, on May 24, 2026, when an ambulance collided with a BRTC bus. The incident occurred on the Dhaka-Khulna highway near the Bhanga upazila area.
According to local police, the ambulance was carrying patients and their attendants when it attempted to overtake the bus, leading to the collision. The impact caused the ambulance to veer off the road and crash, resulting in the deaths of five passengers.
