The Embassy of Poland in Rabat, in partnership with the National Institute of Music and Dance (INSMAC), has launched the second edition of the 'Chopin Season in Morocco.' The event features four concerts performed by four Polish pianists, all former laureates of the prestigious International Chopin Competition in Warsaw.
The opening concert took place on April 30, 2026, at the Mohammed V National Theatre in Rabat, featuring pianist Piotr Pawlak. Subsequent concerts are scheduled for May 7, 14, and 21, 2026, at various venues across Morocco, including Casablanca and Marrakech.
The series aims to promote Polish culture and the music of Frédéric Chopin in Morocco, strengthening cultural ties between the two countries. The initiative is supported by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
