Filming for the reality series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has been paused following the arrest of its main star, Taylor Frankie Paul. Paul was arrested on March 17, 2026, in Herriman, Utah, on suspicion of domestic violence involving a household member, according to jail records from the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office.

The incident reportedly involved Paul's ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. A police booking report cited by People magazine states that Paul allegedly threw a metal chair at Mortensen, causing a minor injury. She was booked into jail and later released.

In response to the situation, a spokesperson for the show's production company, Kinetic Content, confirmed the filming pause to The Hollywood Reporter. "We are aware of the situation and have paused filming for 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' pending further information," the statement read.

Taylor Frankie Paul first gained fame on the MTV reality series "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City." This is not her first publicized legal issue; she was previously charged with domestic violence in the presence of a child in 2023, a case that was later dismissed after she completed a plea in abeyance.
