Moroccan conglomerate Holmarcom Group has finalized the sale of its biscuit manufacturing subsidiary, Biscoland, to Adam Foods. The transaction was announced on March 18, 2026, and represents a significant consolidation in the North African food sector.

Adam Foods, a major player in the food industry across Africa and the Middle East, has acquired 100% of Biscoland's capital. The deal strengthens Adam Foods' portfolio in the biscuit and pastry segment, adding Biscoland's well-known brands and manufacturing capabilities to its operations.

Financial details of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed. Industry analysts suggest the move allows Holmarcom to streamline its holdings while enabling Adam Foods to expand its market share and production capacity in a competitive region.

The sale is subject to standard regulatory approvals. Both companies have stated the transition will ensure business continuity for Biscoland's employees and customers.
