The Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Business School is undertaking a significant reform of its MBA and executive education programs. This initiative, led by Dean Prof. Dan Amiram, aims to prepare a new generation of leaders to address Israel's profound economic and social challenges following the 2023 Hamas-led attack and the subsequent war in Gaza.
The revised curriculum integrates lessons from the crisis, emphasizing resilience, ethical leadership in times of national trauma, and the role of business in societal recovery. New courses and modules focus on managing under extreme uncertainty, navigating complex geopolitical risks, and fostering economic growth in a post-conflict environment.
Faculty research is also being directed toward urgent national issues, including rehabilitating affected communities, supporting evacuated businesses, and strengthening economic resilience. The school states that its mission is to equip students with the analytical tools and moral framework needed to lead Israel's recovery and future prosperity.
