Smart lighting company Govee has announced the launch of its new Outdoor Permanent String Lights Pro, a product line featuring individually addressable bulbs for complex multicolor lighting effects. The announcement was made via a press release on the company's official website on March 24, 2026.
The key feature of the new string lights is the ability to control the color and effect of each bulb independently, a step beyond many competitors' products that treat a string as a single light source. This allows for dynamic, scrolling, and segmented color patterns across a single installation.
