The Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences (EMSI) and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) have inaugurated the 2026 edition of their joint Spring School on Artificial Intelligence in Benguerir. The event, which began on March 23, 2026, brings together researchers, PhD students, business experts, and industrial players for a week of intensive workshops and discussions.

The program is designed with an impact-oriented approach, focusing on the concrete applications of AI across various sectors. Key themes include generative AI, machine learning, and the development of AI solutions tailored to specific industrial challenges. The goal is to foster innovation and bridge the gap between academic research and practical implementation.

This collaborative initiative underscores Morocco's growing investment in advanced technologies and digital skills development. By facilitating direct exchanges between academia and industry, the Spring School aims to stimulate projects that can have a tangible economic and social impact within the region and beyond.
