Éliezer Ntambwe, the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), recently undertook an official visit to Morocco. The visit, confirmed by Moroccan state media, was focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of social protection and support for military veterans.

During his stay, Minister Ntambwe met with key Moroccan officials, including the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, Abdellatif Loudiyi. Discussions centered on Morocco's experience and advanced systems for managing veterans' affairs, with the aim of exploring avenues for partnership and knowledge transfer to modernize the DRC's own structures.

The Moroccan side expressed its readiness to support the DRC in this domain, highlighting the potential for sharing expertise in administrative management, social reintegration programs, and the dignified care of former combatants.
