Eucaforest, a subsidiary of the Moroccan group CDG Développement, and the Portuguese forestry company Altri Florestal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement, announced on March 25, 2026, aims to structure cooperation between the two entities in the forestry sector.
The partnership will focus on sharing expertise and developing joint projects. Key areas include sustainable forest management, the development of forest plantations, and the promotion of the circular bioeconomy.
This collaboration aligns with Morocco's national forestry strategy, which seeks to develop the sector's economic potential while ensuring environmental sustainability. The MoU represents a cross-border effort to advance knowledge and practices in modern forestry.
