The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) is intensifying its financial education initiatives targeting young people in conjunction with Global Money Week (GMW) 2026. The annual campaign, coordinated by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE), is scheduled for March 23-29, 2026, with the theme "Protect Your Money, Secure Your Future."

The AMMC plans to organize workshops, interactive sessions, and digital campaigns in schools and universities across Morocco. These activities aim to teach fundamental concepts of saving, investing, and responsible financial management. The authority's efforts align with the national strategy for financial inclusion, seeking to build a more financially literate generation.

Global Money Week is a worldwide campaign celebrated in over 175 countries. The AMMC's participation underscores a growing international focus on equipping youth with the skills to make informed financial decisions from an early age, which is seen as crucial for long-term economic stability and personal resilience.
