Young Latvians like to stay at home longer than Estonians and Lithuanians
New data published on September 15th by Eurostat shows that young Latvians are more reluctant to fly the family nest than their counterparts in Estonia and Lithuania.

In 2025, young people in the EU left their parentsβ home at an average age of 26.3 years, up slightly from 26.2 years in 2024.
Since 2002, this average age stayed close to 26 years.
