Wydad Athletic Club (WAC) and Italian automaker FIAT have signed a multi-year partnership agreement that will see the FIAT logo appear on the club's official jerseys starting from the 2026-27 season, according to official announcements from both parties.
The deal, described as a 'living alliance' by club officials, is based on shared values including passion, proximity, pride, heritage, and team spirit. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
This partnership marks FIAT's first major football sponsorship in North Africa and is expected to strengthen the brand's presence in the Moroccan market. Wydad, one of Africa's most successful clubs, has a large fan base across the continent.
The new kits featuring the FIAT logo are scheduled to be unveiled ahead of the 2026-27 season, which typically begins in late summer 2026.
