The first half of Sunday's Game 4 of the Western Conference finals was a grind for pretty much anyone not named Victor Wembanyama.
The San Antonio Spurs went into the break with a 50-38 lead in a half in which neither team shot 37% from the field. Wembanyama, however, capped the half with a half-court buzzer beater, electrifying the crowd and giving the Spurs a 12-point advantage.
Wembanyama's shot was the highlight of a dominant first half for the rookie, who led all scorers with 18 points. The Thunder struggled offensively, shooting just 34% from the field and committing 8 turnovers.
The Spurs will look to build on their lead in the second half as they aim to take a 3-1 series lead. Game 4 is being played at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.
