Jesse Bruzzese, a 31-year-old man from Western Australia, has been missing in Mexico since early June 2026, according to his family. He was last seen in the town of Sayulita, Nayarit, a popular tourist destination on the Pacific coast.
His family has not heard from him since June 6, 2026. They have been in contact with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and local authorities in Mexico, but no significant progress has been reported.
Bruzzese was traveling alone and had been posting on social media regularly before his disappearance. His family has launched a public appeal for information, and a GoFundMe page has been set up to help fund the search.
