Ukraine's defence AI chief, Colonel Oleksandr Dmytriiev, has predicted a 'new paradigm' of warfare, emphasizing the growing role of autonomous systems and artificial intelligence on the battlefield. In a recent interview, Dmytriiev stated that AI-driven drones and targeting systems are already reshaping combat operations, reducing human decision-making time and increasing precision.
According to verified reports, Ukraine has been deploying AI-enabled drones for reconnaissance and strike missions, with some systems capable of autonomous target identification.
