An exhibition titled '80' opened on Saturday at the Centre d'art moderne de Tétouan, featuring works by alumni of the École nationale des beaux-arts. The collective retrospective spans eight decades of visual and plastic arts, highlighting the school's influence on Moroccan art.
The exhibition includes paintings, sculptures, and installations from various periods, showcasing the evolution of artistic styles and techniques. Organizers emphasized the role of the École nationale des beaux-arts in nurturing generations of artists since its founding.
Visitors can view the exhibition until late July 2026. The Centre d'art moderne de Tétouan is located in the historic medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
