The provinces under yellow alert include: Adrar, Chlef, Laghouat, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna, Béjaïa, Biskra, Blida, Bouira, Tébessa, Tlemcen, Tiaret, Tizi Ouzou, Algiers, Djelfa, Sétif, Saïda, Skikda, Sidi Bel Abbès, and Annaba. Residents are advised to exercise caution due to potential heavy rainfall, hail, and strong winds.
According to ONM, the yellow level indicates moderate risk, with possible localized flooding and reduced visibility. Authorities recommend avoiding wadi crossings and staying informed through official channels.
