Flexible workspace operator The Work Project has expanded its flagship location at the iconic Parkview Square building in Singapore's Bugis district. The company has opened a new floor, adding approximately 20,000 square feet of premium office space to its existing offering at the landmark address.
The expansion, which was officially launched in early 2026, is a response to sustained demand for high-quality flexible workspace in Singapore's central business district. The new floor features The Work Project's signature design, which blends art, technology, and hospitality, and includes a mix of private offices, dedicated desks, and communal areas.
Parkview Square, known for its distinctive Gothic-inspired architecture and central atrium, has been The Work Project's anchor location since 2016. The company's growth at this site reflects a broader trend of businesses seeking flexible, well-appointed workspaces post-pandemic, as hybrid work models become entrenched.
The Work Project, which also operates locations in Hong Kong and Sydney, positions itself in the premium segment of the coworking market. The expansion strengthens its presence in a competitive sector that includes major global players like WeWork and IWG.
