TORONTO — Marina Mabrey scored a game-high 26 points and had four steals to lead the expansion Toronto Tempo to their first WNBA win, 86-73, over the Seattle Storm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
Brittney Sykes added 18 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Tempo, who improved to 1-3 on the season. The game was played at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto.
Seattle was led by Jewell Loyd with 22 points and Skylar Diggins-Smith with 15 points and seven assists. The Storm fell to 2-2.
The Tempo, who joined the WNBA as an expansion team this season, secured their first franchise victory in front of a sold-out crowd of 8,100 fans.
