Taylor Frankie Paul will not be returning to film the upcoming season of the Hulu reality series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," multiple sources confirm. The decision follows her arrest in February 2023 on a domestic violence charge.
Paul was arrested in Herriman, Utah, and charged with one count of domestic violence in the presence of a child, a third-degree felony. The incident involved her then-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. She later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor, and was ordered to complete probation and a domestic violence treatment course.
Production on the Hulu series, which follows the lives of several women in Utah, was paused following the incident. While a source previously indicated the door was open for Paul to return, it has now been confirmed she has chosen not to resume filming for the new season.
The show is expected to continue production without her. Paul has since spoken publicly about the incident and her efforts to move forward, focusing on her family and personal life.
