St Noah Girls Secondary School Zana has been crowned the 2026 Uganda Secondary Schools Netball champion. The team successfully defended its title by defeating Buddo Secondary School in the final held at Kadugala Secondary School in Masaka on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
The closely contested final saw St Noah Girls secure a 40-37 victory over their rivals from Buddo. The win marks a successful title defense for the Wakiso District-based school, which also won the championship in the previous year.
The national schools' netball rally, organized by the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA), featured top teams from across the country competing for the championship. The event is a key fixture in the Ugandan school sports calendar.
In other results from the tournament, Ndejje International College (NIC) won the boys' basketball title, while Wobulenzi Public School (Wob) claimed victory in the boys' football competition, completing a day of championship finals in Masaka.
