The top-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA women's basketball tournament with a dominant 94-68 victory over the fourth-seeded Oklahoma Sooners in a Sweet 16 matchup. The game was played on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

South Carolina, which entered the game shooting 31.8% from three-point range this season, connected on 11 of 22 attempts from beyond the arc. This offensive outburst, combined with their typically stout defense, proved too much for Oklahoma's high-scoring offense. The Sooners, who averaged over 80 points per game, were held to 68 points on 38.7% shooting.

Gamecocks' center Kamilla Cardoso led all scorers with 21 points and added 10 rebounds. Guard Te-Hina Paola contributed 17 points, hitting 5 of 7 three-point attempts. Oklahoma's star guard Skylar Vann was limited to 13 points on 5-of-16 shooting. South Carolina will face the winner of the game between Oregon State and Notre Dame for a spot in the Final Four.
